Who we are

This website is run by Just FK IT S.L. (“Stagman World”), a licensed travel agency (licence CV-Mm1830-A, CIF B54732078), Calle Lepanto 22, locals 4-15, Benidorm 03503. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions? Email [email protected].

What we collect

  • Inquiry details you choose to send us via the Party Builder or our forms — such as your name, phone number, email and party preferences (occasion, destination, group size, dates, activities).
  • Technical data needed to run and protect the site — e.g. your IP address in server logs, used for security and to limit spam.
  • Cookies — see the section below.

Why we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote and arrange your trip, and to keep the website secure and working. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in running a safe website.

Cookies

  • Essential — a small preference that remembers your cookie choice, and (in the admin area) a sign-in session. These are always on; the site can't work without them.
  • Embedded maps — we show a Google Maps map of our location. It only loads after you accept cookies, because Google may set its own cookies. You can decline and still use the whole site.
  • We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

You can change your choice any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

Who we share it with

We only share data with providers that help us run the service:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and security.
  • Brevo — to email our team your inquiry (if email notifications are enabled).
  • Google — only if you accept the embedded map.

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and your trip, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us and we'll remove your data sooner where we can.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it. Email [email protected] and we'll help. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
